International Student Employment & Accommodation Legal Program

Study Melbourne’s International Student Employment & Accommodation Legal (ISEAL) program is delivered by IMCL in partnership with the Migrant Workers Centre. The ISEAL Program provides international students in Victoria with free access to legal help on employment and accommodation issues.

The ISEAL Program builds on IMCL’s extensive experience and expertise in providing tenancy and other legal support to international students since 2016.

If you’re an international student based in Victoria experiencing legal issues with your tenancy or accommodation, we can help. For support relating to employment, head to the MWC website.

A lawyer from IMCL is available for confidential one-on-one legal advice appointments about accommodation issues every week at the Study Melbourne Hub in Hardware Lane in the city.

More information about how to book an appointment with a lawyer is below.
