A Specialist Homessless Court for Australia

Our homeless outreach lawyer Lloyd Murphy participates in cross-sector working groups, including the CBD Homelessness Steering Committee, to systemically tackle homelessness through collaborative initiatives and law reform. Below is his recent article for the June edition of Parity Magazine, where he outlines some ideas to counter the injustice of people experiencing homelessness being over-represented and poorly served by the criminal justice system.
