In 2018 Melbourne Community Legal (formerly North Melbourne Legal Service) turned 40!

IMCL celebrates 40 years of providing legal services to the local community Published on Tuesday, 15 May 2018 IMCL appears in the local North and West Melbourne News to talk about the role of community lawyers in providing legal help to local disadvantaged and vulnerable residents.

Making a real difference to real people Published on Monday, 02 July 2018 Lawyers from the IMCL team reflect on their everyday work in the community and making a difference to real people.

Northern light still burns after 40 years Published on Wednesday, 01 August 2018 North Melbourne Legal Service started in 1978 in a church. The community legal centre IMCL is still going strong.
